Free Shipping on orders $75.00 and over applies to the Domestic United States (ONLY).

Shipping Policy

Most hardware orders placed Sunday through Thursday will usually ship within 24-48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following Monday due to limited shipping availability on Saturdays. Any shipping or transit time offered to you by FantasyVapeShop.com or other parties is only an estimate, and we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

We ship packages as quickly as possible from our warehouse location, but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over how the carrier routes the package or delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues after you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping method, no matter where you live in the United States or Territories. Most shipments are made via USPS Priority Mail services with a guaranteed 2 to 3 day delivery time. Some shipments may be made via FedEx or UPS depending on weight or location. Tracking information will be sent to you via email and text (if you provided a phone number on your order) as soon as shipment information is available. You may track your shipment information using our website, but the information may be delayed. It is recommended to visit the shipment carrier's tracking website for more accurate information and/or to schedule the time of delivery for when you will be available to accept the package or provide any other delivery instructions if that option is available.

Split Shipments:

We will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time provided all products are available. Products that are unavailable in our warehouse at the time of shipping, or must be ordered directly from our supplier, will be shipped to you from our suppliers' warehouse. In some cases, this may require multiple split shipments. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt if the order must be split into multiple shipments.

We do not hold your order until we receive replenishment from our suppliers. Instead, we will place an order with our suppliers to directly ship your order to you. This greatly reduces the amount of time it takes for you to receive your purchase.

If your order must be fulfilled directly from our supplier, the time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: All orders are sent to the supplier for dispatch within 1-4 hours after the order is placed. The supplier will process the order, which could take 1-2 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the supplier to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 to 3 days to arrive at their destination but can occasionally take longer due to weather, fire, temporary technical issues, traffic hazards, and/or incorrect address.

Please allow up to 7 days (1-2 days processing and 2-5 days shipping) from the time of purchase to delivery of products that had to be ordered and shipped directly from the supplier.
